By signing up and actively using the enchantedrealmemails.com program, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. enchantedrealmemails.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification to its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary contact e-mail address provided upon signing up with enchantedrealmemails.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the enchantedrealmemails.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.


Responsibility of Members:

You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this program. If you are found to be under 13 years of age, your account will be terminated without notice. Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

You must be able to read, write, and comprehend English in order to participate. There are no exceptions to this whatsoever. All advertisements, e-mails, etc. are in English only. You must also be able to successfully communicate with the enchantedrealmemails.com  admin/webmaster by means of the English language.

You agree to and must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. If the information you enter upon signing up with the enchantedrealmemails.com program is found to be false or incomplete in any regard, your account will be terminated. Also, if your account is found to have false or incomplete information at the time of requesting payout, your account will be terminated, and you will forfeit all earnings to date, including any referrals you may have acquired. It is each member's responsibility to provide correct, accurate, and up-to-date information upon sign-up, and if necessary, can be edited in your member's area at any time during your membership with enchantedrealmemails.com.

You may not sign-up multiple times with different computers, e-mail addresses, IP addresses, and/or proxies. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing enchantedrealmemails.com account. All instances explained here will result in the termination of your account(s), the blocking of your e-mail address(es) and IP address(es). Users found with multiple accounts will also have their information stored in a separate database of cheater accounts for purposes of keeping those users out of the enchantedrealmemails.com  program. Additionally, all users that are considered to be "cheaters" will have their usernames posted in a list that is accessible by anyone on the Internet. No personal information will be posted publicly, however.

Cookies: Deletion and/or blocking of harmless informational cookies that enchantedrealmemails.com uses to track its members' earnings, as well as to track other necessary information, will result in the immediate termination of your membership, consequently forfeiting all privileges and earnings accumulated. Please note that this is not to be confused with when you delete your cookies and temporary internet files. This type of cookies deletion is acceptable.

Proxies: The use of proxies to sign up to enchantedrealmemails.com, click on paid advertisements, links, and banners, etc. and/or to log into your account will result in the suspension of your account indefinitely. The suspension status of your account may only be removed if genuine and valid proof (i.e. screen shots, papers, etc.) is presented to show that the use of a proxy was unintentional. (NOTE: It is well-known that certain Internet Service Providers (ISP's) use proxy, such as AOL, or anyone using a dial-up connection, in which case, the use of proxy is understood, and will not result in the suspension of your account unless abuse is suspected.)

Upon signing up to become a member of the enchantedrealmemails.com program, there are a number of interest-related keywords to check in order for us to be able to target specific advertisements that vary based on specific advertiser's campaigns. Included with these keywords are "cheat" keywords, which are placed as one of many means to control the quality of our membership base for our advertisers. Anyone who selects, or has selected any of these "cheat" keywords (i.e. Delete Me, I don't speak English, etc.) will have their account deleted without notice, resulting in the forfeiture of all earnings and referrals etc. Any e-mails resulting from a deleted account because of this will be ignored.

You will use your unique username / password combination to access your account. It is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. You may change this information, as often as you'd like, by simply logging into your account and following the "User Account Info" link located in your member's area.

You are solely responsible for any and all use of your enchantedrealmemails.com account, including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by enchantedrealmemails.com be detected, it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any false claims herein or fraudulent activity may even result in a felony conviction of the person in question. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit to your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

You must maintain your e-mail account that you actively use to participate in the enchantedrealmemails.com program. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from enchantedrealmemails.com  limited to no more than Thirty (200) per day.

In the event that your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from enchantedrealmemails.com, your account will be set to inbox by our scripts. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being full, or for space quota exceeded. Any member sending us gibberish can result in the automatic termination of account and forfeiture of all earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses (especially accounts like Mailblocks and the like) will NOT be read!

Lastly, by signing up with enchantedrealmemails.com, you agree that, when receiving e-mails from enchantedrealmemails.com, anything contained within any and all e-mails from enchantedrealmemails.com is meant solely for the members who have signed up to receive them, and are not to be replicated, duplicated in any way, nor are they allowed to be posted in any public forum, or any other place that is accessible to the public. Basically, what is sent to you, stays and dies with you. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cheat Links, English Tests, and Turing Numbers:

Cheat links and/or English tests may be sent at the discretion of the enchantedrealmemails.com  administration for the extremely necessary reason to control the quality of prospective recipients (the members of enchantedrealmemails.com) of any of our advertiser's campaigns. There will never be a minimum or maximum of cheat links and/or English tests given within a set amount of time. They will be issued as seen fit.

Cheat Links: Every cheat link is sent out to all members, whether or not you consider yourself (or are considered by others as) the most honest person to step foot on this earth. As a member of enchantedrealmemails.com, you are being paid per e-mail to actually read and pay attention to the advertisement sent to you. That being said, each cheat link has a timer of 45 seconds. After the timer has expired, $0.25 to $0.50 or - points will be automatically deducted from your account. People make mistakes as we are all human and no one is perfect. If you click a cheat link, please e-mail enchantedrealmemails.com explaining why you clicked it. Clicking a cheat link once is more or less like a warning that you should pay more attention to what you are clicking, and will not result in the deletion or termination of your account. However, clicking on the same cheat link more than one time, or clicking three (3) or more cheat links during any month you are a member of enchantedrealmemails.com, will result in the automatic termination of your account and forfeiture of all earnings to date of termination, including the loss of any referrals you may have acquired during your membership.

English Tests: a simple English test will be administered to ocassionally each and every member. All advertisements sent are in English, and English only. For this reason (not to mention that when you signed up, you agreed that you can understand, read, and write English), this simple test will prove that you can comprehend the English language, including the ability to read and write English. Failing the English test will result in the automatic termination of the member's account and forfeiture of all earnings to date of termination. All English tests will be done through email, instant messenger (Yahoo, MSN, AOL, etc), or in the member's area.

Turing Numbers: Any member who clicks the incorrect turing number (200) or more times within a 30 day period can have their account terminated without warning and will consequently lose all earnings acquired to date.

Sending E-mails to Admin, Support, etc.

When sending e-mails to the admin/support of enchantedrealmemails.com, please make sure what is contained within your e-mail is appropriate. In other words, if someone else sent you the very same e-mail you were thinking of sending us, would you be happy to read it?

Any e-mail (as long as it is not SPAM!) that is polite, respectful, and/or not insulting in nature are welcome, and will be responded to. We also do even recommend and welcome positive and constructive criticism!

Emails that are hateful, insulting, harassing, etc. will be deleted, ignored, and the member who sent the e-mail could have his/her account terminated and will be blocked from further participation in the enchantedrealmemails.com program. Also, spam emails will be treated the same way, though, could very likely go to the extent of legal action, and fines of up to $500 imposed on the sender. Emails containing gibberish of any kind (including emails in a different language) will be ignored and deleted, and the member who sent them will be deleted and will have to forfeit all earnings to date of termination and will be considered void.

Please understand, however, this only means we do not welcome the type of emails explained above. We welcome all kinds of emails, whether they are questions, comments, or criticism. Please just adhere to a mature and adult-like manner and send e-mails as you would want them sent to you. For example, if you redeem for an advertisement and it hasn't gone out and it has been 3 days, there is no need to e-mail admin yelling and saying that enchantedrealmemails.com  is owned by nothing more than a cheater and scammer. Just simply explain it has been a couple of days and you have yet to see your ad. We assure you there will always be a legitimate reason for delayed processing of advertisements, or whatever the cause of your e-mail is in regard to.

Relationship of the Parties:

You and enchantedrealmemails.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and enchantedrealmemails.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of enchantedrealmemails.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:

enchantedrealmemails.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the enchantedrealmemails.com program, even if enchantedrealmemails.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, enchantedrealmemails.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payments:

Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID/username in the area on the website provided by enchantedrealmemails.com. Members may earn by referring new members to the enchantedrealmemails.com program. Members will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by enchantedrealmemails.com. Members will be paid via PayPal/Egold/money order. enchantedrealmemails.com will pay members with the stated payment methods and when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by enchantedrealmemails.com. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. enchantedrealmemails.com pays members when they reach the minimum payout . We aim to make all valid payout requests within 15 days. Please note, however, payments may take up to 45 days or paid within a reasonable time thereafter. Remember, this is not a get-rich quick scheme! Payments, when made, are only made once per member per 30-day period. In other words, you may request payout once every 30 days. If payment is requested more than once within 30 days, it will be ignored.

If your account falls below the minimum amount set by enchantedrealmemails.com at any point because of negligence resulting from the non-compliance with these terms and the payment terms set forth in the redemption area, your request will be deleted, and you will need to request for your particular membership level payout when you reach it again. Please note that all offenses are permanently recorded and can not be cleared from record under any circumstances.

Redemptions (Advertising):


»Any member who makes a redemption request and is found to have provided inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent "User Account Info" (member profile on record), not only will the advertisement redeemed for be considered null and void, but also, the membership in question will be subject to termination from the enchantedrealmemails.com program.

»enchantedrealmemails.com does not permit the sale of member redemptions for advertising; these are to be for membership use ONLY.

»All advertisements redeemed for (including those submitted to the AutoSurf) which are links to websites that are not completely written in the English language will not be accepted - NO REFUNDS.

»All advertisements are checked for the safety of our members. Any URL submitted for the advertisement of something other than where the URL goes to will be deleted without refund to member's earnings. This is not to be confused with something like the TinyUrl type link, but is specific to, for example, those redeeming to advertise a Paid to Read Website and the URL goes to a search portal. Also, any site containing any automatic downloads will not be accepted either - NO REFUNDS.

Spam:

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited e-mailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with enchantedrealmemails.com and may most likely result in legal prosecution. enchantedrealmemails.com strictly enforces Anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. enchantedrealmemails.com may charge up to $500 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud (a felony if convicted of this crime). enchantedrealmemails.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
